More-Gain Solutions is an independent consultancy with three main lines of business:

  1. Go to market, growth strategy and proposition transformation covering management, process, organisation and execution for software and technology companies, primarily in retail and consumer facing markets.
  2. Solution sales coaching and mentoring for software and technology companies. Customised course includes selling to the ‘C’ level, sales process (approaches & organisation, pipeline management & forecasting) using partners, developing existing accounts, best aids to sell solutions, triggers and killers etc.
  3. Business-aligned IT Strategy advice and guidance to small and medium consumer-facing businesses, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and build platform for growth.
